GOAL
Get familiar with the many converging dimensions of maps and map making. They will be introduced to the limits and potentials of maps and learn to reflect on the role of design as an affirmative/ subversive approach to knowledge production.
TASK & IMPLEMENTATION
Tell a story around the Pandemic year using mapping as a design approach
Concept & Process: Telling the story of the oldest sanitizer as becoming an everyday product using an article from Bloomberg, contextualizing it through a development timeline and reinforce the Storytelling through strong pictograms. A format written news could be designed in future.
